OrgPilot is Functionly's AI workforce design assistant, which draws on its extensive knowledge of both the organizational design practice and your scenario to offer feedback and direction or to make changes to your organization.
It doesn't share any information with OpenAI, our AI provider.
How to use OrgPilot
Steps:
- Click "OrgPilot AI" in the top right of the browser
- Select "Agent" or "Advisor" from the dropdown in the command box
- Type in your question or command
- Hit enter or return
The "Agent" setting for OrgPilot can be used to make changes directly to your scenario, whereas the "Advisor" setting can be used to provide advice and guidance on your scenario.
