Based in the Greater Northampton/Brackley area in the UK, he specializes in organisation design and change management, focusing on creating operating models that deliver customer value and engage employees.

With an MBA from Warwick Business School, Simon employs systems thinking and socio-technical approaches to improve organisational performance, guiding clients through strategic change while building their internal capabilities.
