Robert L. Stevens is a seasoned organizational design practitioner and developer at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), where he applies over three decades of experience in strategic consulting and human resources. Joining the OPM's Human Resource Solutions Strategic Consulting Center in 2021, Rob leverages his extensive background, including his previous role as Fleet Readiness Officer with the Department of the Navy, to enhance organizational effectiveness and drive mission-focused outcomes. His global perspective, shaped by his family’s journey across four continents, enriches his approach to organizational design, allowing him to connect high-level strategies with practical implementations at all levels.

In addition to his federal service, Rob is an active community organizer and an executive board member with Global Outreach International, where he continues to demonstrate his commitment to service and organizational excellence. Based in Georgia, Rob’s expertise uniquely positions him to further the mission, vision, and values of the Org-Design Team within the Strategic Consulting Center.
