With a doctorate in Economic Sciences, Dr. Wenger has been with Transforma since 2011 and is recognized for his extensive expertise in organization design, business model development, and strategic optimization. Dr. Wenger is regarded as a thought leader in the field of organization design, frequently contributing to discussions on organizational transformation and reorganization through his writing and speaking engagements. His blog, https://organisationsdesign.ch/, serves as a valuable resource for insights on organisation design, change management and organizational effectiveness. He has co-authored significant publications, including his latest book on optimal organizational forms “Die optimale Organisationsform – Grundlagen und Handlungsanleitung", in the second edition.
