Prassas also serves as an Adjunct Professor at The Chicago School, where she instructs courses on Managing Changes in Global HR Management, bridging theoretical concepts with practical applications.

As the Founder and CEO of Culture Elevation Consulting LLC, she specializes in helping later-stage startups achieve sustainable growth while maintaining operational agility. Her approach emphasizes the importance of intentional organizational design to meet evolving business challenges without disrupting existing workflows.
