With over 30 years of experience, he specializes in helping teams navigate change through visual methods. Originally trained as a painter and graphic designer, Szilard combines artistic skill with systems thinking to make complex ideas visible. He co-founded Grafacity, which supports various sectors across Europe by providing large-scale visual facilitation and real-time graphic recording.
