Szilard Strenner is the founder of Grafacity Visual Services and serves as a visual facilitator and organizational development consultant. With over 30 years of experience, he specializes in helping teams navigate change through visual methods.

Originally trained as a painter and graphic designer, Szilard combines artistic skill with systems thinking to make complex ideas visible. He co-founded Grafacity, which supports various sectors across Europe by providing large-scale visual facilitation and real-time graphic recording.

As an active member of the International Forum of Visual Practitioners, he focuses on turning organizational strategies into shared, tangible artifacts, enabling teams to not just discuss change but to visualize and shape it collaboratively.
