Johnson is a seasoned expert in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) with over 20 years of experience. He is the CEO of Inclusion Wins, a global cooperative focused on providing people-related solutions for organizations of all sizes. Amri is also the host of the Reconstructing Inclusion Podcast, where he takes a unique and contrarian approach to DEI discussions, challenging conventional dialogues and exploring nuanced perspectives. With a background in public health as an epidemiologist, Amri employs a systems-thinking approach to organizational effectiveness and leadership development. He believes that effective leadership is rooted in listening to, learning with, and caring for team members. His career began in public health, and he has since transitioned into consulting, where he advises companies on creating cultures that allow all employees to thrive and contribute their best to the organizational mission. Amri maintains a Substack newsletter where he shares insights and sparks discussions about the current state and future of DEI work. His thought leadership emphasizes examining systemic issues and creating transformative dialogues around inclusion.
